Unleash Your Full Potential ~ Rewire Your Mind in a Productive Way, to Reclaim Your Wellness and Success.

Dive Deep,
Heal Fast.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses the natural state of hypnosis to access the subconscious mind. About ninety percent of our mind is its subconscious part which considered to be the source and root of many of our behaviors, emotions, attitudes and motivations.

Our mind constantly navigates between its conscious and subconscious parts. Throughout life we program the subconscious to actually work in opposition to what we wish for ourselves later in life. Over time conflicts accrue. With Hypnosis we align both parts, release and replace.

Breaking habits and making a change is not always easy. Many times habits, patterns and past decisions are becoming obstacles, especially if we have held them for long with a high emotional charge that activates defense mechanism and resistance when trying to make a change.

With Hypnosis we can dive deep, heal fast, tap the subconscious while calm and relaxed. We can reprogram and adjust to let go of negative habits and behavior, leading the mind towards new way of being that reflects who you truly are, achieve new level of fulfillment and success, new mindset.

Hypnotherapy harnesses the mind’s power to it's fullest using two key concepts: Homeostasis, innate subconscious drive to stay the same, resist any change, and Neuroplasticity, the ability to reveal and create new neural pathways, bring transformation, healing and empowerment.

Main Pillars
of Wellness

Sleep

Sleep plays an important role in our physical health. Dreams are crucial to our emotional and mental health as well. Getting enough quality sleep helps your mind’s function, supports numerous aspects of thinking including memory, problem solving, creativity and judgment.

Emotional Balance

The ability to produce positive emotions and adapt when confronted with adversity and stressful situations impacts your outlook on life. One of these foundations is resilience, which is the ability to navigate. Think of it as a muscle that flexes and develops the more you train yourself.

Diet

Evidence suggests that as well as affecting our physical health what we eat also effects the way we feel. Food is the energy and fuel for our body, mind and soul. Healthy food goes a long way toward improving your overall wellness. Your brain doesn’t operate optimally without the right fuel.

Peaceful Mind

Inner peace is attainable regardless of lifestyle. It can be found as we learn to mindfully view ourselves and the world around us. It is essential that we believe it’s possible and that we believe we are in control of our thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Find what way works for you the best.
